Course description
Sa Pa is a peaceful mountain town in northern Vietnam, known for its misty charm and stunning rice terraces. The cool climate and majestic landscapes make it a favorite getaway.
Right in the town center, Sa Pa Lake reflects the surrounding mountains and sky, creating a calm, poetic scene.
Walking around the lake is a relaxing experience, especially at sunrise or sunset.
Sa Pa is where nature and tranquility come together beautifully.

Course description
Y Ty commune is a land covered with clouds all year round and possesses vast lush primeval forests.
Coming to Y Ty at any time is beautiful. During the ripe rice season (August and September), the terraced fields take on a brilliant yellow color, layer upon layer, rising to the blue sky.
Our route takes you through terraced fields in harvest season, hills of cardamom trees and the traditional houses of the Ha Nhi ethnic people.

3-Recovery Run

Course description
Ngải Thầu Thượng is one of the highest villages in Y Tý, offering sweeping views over cloud-covered valleys and terraced mountainsides. Perched above 2,000 meters, it’s a perfect place to witness the magical “sea of clouds” at dawn. The landscape is untouched and peaceful, with winding trails and traditional Hà Nhì houses. Visitors are drawn by both the breathtaking scenery and the authentic highland culture. Ngải Thầu Thượng is a hidden gem for those seeking quiet beauty and a sense of wonder.
