Conditions for postponement and cancellation:
- 20% immediately after the customer agrees to confirm the ticket request.
- 30% before departure from 05 to 07 days.
- 50% before departure from 03 to 04 days.
- Other forms of delay or cancellation are subject to a penalty of 100% of the cancellation value
