HOW TO CONQUER ME PIA PASS?
Me Pia Pass in Cao Bang is located on Highway 4A, the section connecting Xuan Truong commune to the center of Bao Lac district – a border district adjacent to China. This pass is 2.5km long, including 14 winding floors with sharp bends, low elevation, flanked by high mountains.
To get to the peak to see the 14-story mountain pass, you have to walk along the ridge to the top. At the top of the pass, there is a small water shop, a place for pedestrians to stop. The former owner often enthusiastically led customers to follow the people’s path to the top of the mountain.
After a long time tired of walking, Me Pia Pass in Cao Bang gradually appears majestic with 14 winding slopes, softly curving like a silk band.
