THE POLICIES

1. PAYMENT POLICY

Travelers need to deposit 30% total of price when confirm booking.

The balance pay on arrival date by cash, credit card or 7 days before departure date by bank transfer.

2. CHILDREN POLICY

Depending on date of birth of passport and height:

– Under 5 years old (under 1m): free of charge. Shared bed with parents.

– From 6 – 10 years old (under 1,3m): 50% of adult price. Meals as adult, share bed with parents.

– From 11 years old up (or higher than 1,3m): charged as adult price.

3. TRAVELER CANCELLATION

Travelers may cancel their trip. The total cancellation fee depends on the time they cancel the trip.

– 30% non-refundable on total amount should be made before 7 days prior to arrival date.
– 50% non-refundable on total amount should be made at least 1 day prior to arrival date.
– 100% non-refundable on total amount should be made in case of no-show.

Note:

– Other services as: Flight tickets, Visa arrangement, Permit licenses will be not refund.

– Do not apply for golf tour.

4. OWNER CANCELLATION

If an owner wishes to cancel a booked trip, they must notify the traveler via on-site messaging at least 72 hours in advance, and process the cancellation through the our website or mobile app. The cancellation is effective immediately, and the traveler receives a complete refund. Travelers are counting on owners to provide the car, so repeated cancellations will subject the owner to removal from the marketplace.

Cancelling a trip within 72 hours of the start of a trip will subject the owner to a minimum $50 fine and potential removal from the marketplace.
